Site Supervisors
and project managers

We are currently seeking Site Supervisors and Project Managers to join our expanding team and lead the successful delivery of high-quality brickwork packages across London and the surrounding areas.

 

The Role

As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, managing programmes, and ensuring that your project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors while maintaining strong communication with our clients and the commercial team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and labour to ensure efficient delivery
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme deadlines
  • Maintain high standards of quality control on-site
  • Enforce health & safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
  • Coordinate material deliveries and ensure effective site logistics
  • Liaise with client project team and internal teams
  • Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates
  • Work closely with the commercial team to support project performance

 

About You

  • Proven experience as a Supervisor or Project Manager (references)
  • Ability to manage multiple teams effectively
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Good understanding of health & safety regulations
  • SMSTS (for Project Managers) or SSSTS (for Supervisors) – required
  • Full UK driving licence

  • Project Locations: London and surrounding areas (within the M25)
  • Project Values: Typically ranging from £1m to £9m

Quantity Surveyors and
Senior Quantity Surveyors

We are seeking Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors to join our growing commercial team and lead the financial management of high-value projects across London and the surrounding areas.

 

The Role

As a key member of the commercial team, you will be involved in and oversee aspects of cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and financial control on multiple projects. You’ll drive performance, manage risk, and ensure delivery of projects on time and within budget.

 

Project Details

  • Project Locations: Across London and within the M25
  • Project Values: Between £1m – £9m
  • Head Office Location: Ware, Hertfordshire

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Commercial Manager and Directors
  • Take ownership of the commercial delivery across multiple projects
  • Prepare, manage, and control project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
  • Produce monthly CVRs and project valuations
  • Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and management
  • Contribute to estimating and demonstrate strong pricing capability
  • Ensure robust contract administration, including variations, dispute resolution, and final accounts
  • Provide commercial insight and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners

 

About You

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
  • Experience in a Senior QS or Quantity Surveying role within the construction industry
  • Brickwork or subcontracting background desirable, but not essential
  • Proven track record of delivering strong commercial outcomes on projects
  • Strong team player with excellent time management skills
  • Good contractual knowledge (e.g. JCT, NEC)
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence

We are seeking Hod Carriers to join our growing team and support the delivery of high-quality brickwork across London and the surrounding areas.

 

The Role

Working on a range of residential and commercial projects, you will support bricklayers on-site by ensuring materials are supplied efficiently, maintaining site organisation, and contributing to a safe and productive working environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support bricklayers by supplying bricks, blocks, and mortar
  • Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials on-site
  • Work efficiently to help meet programme deadlines

 

About You

  • Previous experience as a Hod Carrier preferred
  • Hardworking, reliable, and physically fit
  • Good awareness of site safety
  • Valid CSCS card
